She is also chairperson of District Local Complaint Committee under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. She is in Editorial Board of various Law Journals. She has been assigned various academic duties by M.D. University. She is also written a book Parivartan-Ek Kadam on gender based victimization and contributed 5 chapters in other renowned books.

He has been awarded as Best speaker award from Indian medical Association. He is convener of Legal Care and Support Centre (SIL).

Mr. Parveen Kumar is working as Assistant Professor in Saraswati institute of Law.He did his LL.B from DELHI UNIVERSITY and LLM from MDU Rohtak.He has 8 years of vast teaching experience in different institutions.He has qualified Haryana Assistant labour commissioner exam and Assistant District Attorney exam.He has attended and presented her research papers in several National/International Conferences,Seminars and workshops.

Mrs. Shikha Rani is an Lecturer in the Saraswati Institute of Law (SIL) having 4 years teaching experience. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in History. She has presented a paper in the national level conference. She has done her Masters in both History & Sociology. She has done B.Ed also.

Ms. Anita Devi is working as an Assistant Professor of Hindi in Saraswati Institute of Law. She did M.A. (Hindi) and qualified NET in July, 2016. She has two years of teaching experience. She has attained various Seminars, Conferences & Workshops. She is pursuing Ph.D. in Hindi from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Hyderabad.

Dr. Reena Singh is working as an Assistant Professor of Political Science in Saraswati Institute of Law. She completed her M.A. in political science. She has 13 years experience in various institutions. Her areas of interest are International Politics, Comparative Politics and Public Administration. She has published more than 12 papers in National and International journals. Dr. Kavita Rani is working as an Assistant Professor of Economics in Saraswati Institute of Law, Palwal. She did her M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics. Her areas of interest are Micro Economics, Macro Economics, Growth and Development of Public Finance, Disaster Management etc. She has attended and presented more than 15 research papers in National and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops and published papers in National and International journals.

Dr.Suchi Diwan (M.A., M.Phil, Ph.D) shares her pursuits of knowledge and thoughts by working as Assistant Professorin the Department of Englishin Saraswati Institute of Law, affiliated with M.D. University,Rohtak. She obtained all her higher education from kurukshetra University, kurukshetra, Haryana. Her doctoral research work is on “Mystical Evolution on Emily Dickinson: A Critical Study.” Having a progressive vision, her proclivity is linguistics, Criticism and American Literature. She has got several papers published in national, international journals and books. Inclined towards developing critical attitude in students and making them self-sufficient she has more than 12 years of experience in teaching field.

Navneet Yadav, UGC-NET, PGDIPR Mr. Navneet Yadav holds the position of Assistant Professor at Saraswati Institute of Law, Palwal. He earned his LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and further pursued an LL.M. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. His academic accomplishments include qualifying for UGC-NET and obtaining diplomas in international legal frameworks related to the protection of the atmosphere, environmental law, and international environmental law and governance from the United Nations ITAR.
With a rich blend of academic and practical experience, Mr. Yadav has served as a lawyer for five years, handling significant cases in the Delhi High Court, NCDRC, NCLT, PMLA-AT and Supreme Court. Additionally, he has worked as a Research Associate at VVGNLI under the Ministry of Labour, focusing on industrial relations. His expertise encompasses litigation, research, and effective case strategy.
Mr. Yadav's educational background includes studies at prestigious institutions such as Army Schools, AMU, BHU, DU, DEI-Agra, and TISS. He has also acquired diverse certifications from renowned international organizations such as UNHCR, ICRC, UNEP, Monash University, Queensland University of Turin, WHO, WIPO, EPO, and EUIPO, underscoring his dedication to innovative legal education. Proficient in instructional technologies, he aims to create a dynamic learning environment for students and deepen their understanding of the legal system and principles of justice.
